Here are 2 new frequencies you may want to try:

145.600 fm simplex (2m link to 439.025)

439.025 fm simplex (70cm link to 145.600)

VK2RLE should be accessable on both 145.600 and 439.025 via the VK2DCL link to Heathcote repeater.
(wait until received signal has completely ceased before transmitting, and wait half a second before talking after tx)

A special thanks to Lee for his all new Andrews ACS2780 dualband mobile, and also to Norm VK2DLG, for his setup at Westend Electronics in Bathurst. Thanks for all your support. :-)

Other (non-linked) frequencies that can be monitored in the area are :

146.475 fm simplex - a local call+chat freq.
146.575 simplex VK2BLO's Echolink node in Orange + area.
146.650 Mt Bindo repeater VK2RDX
146.675 Newbridge repeater (with Echolink)VK2RLH
146.700 Orange repeater VK2RAO (also linked on 70cm side)
438.725 Orange repeater VK2RAO
147.225 Rylstone repeater (linked to 70cm Gosford, and thus has IRLP too)VK2RYL

Please try the new frequencies 439.025 and 145.600 and lets create some more activity out here.

cheers + 73's
