- so you are unlikely to hear VK2FBOB on the air any more as I will now be known as VK2MRP. Although I am sure anyone that has changed their callsign would now it is an easy slip to make and say the old callsign (which is still actually current anyway).I still have VK2FBOB registered as the price difference between transferring the licence and a new separate licence was so close I thought I might as well keep the foundation call until it lapses next year. This will allow ACMA database searches etc for my original call and the new one (people looking up VK2MRP might go "ahh FBOB, I have spoken to him")
Now I just got to do all the other things you usually do when changing addresses etc. VKLogger.com profile, QRZ.com, echolink, etc, etc. The fun of it all.
